Server connection issues in downloading new issues

Ive been a subscriber to Train for more than three years, however in the last year.. I have been having problems downloading newer issues from the Train magazine server... I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail... Ive contacted Train, who were helpful in sending me some hard copies of the magazine... But this doesnt solve my issue with downloading onto iPad. Great magazine but if the issue cant be rectified, Ill have to cancel my subscription... It dont want to have to carry around hard copies.
