Epic Fail!

Love the magazine; Hate the App! This is the third update in the last month and they have failed to fix any of the previous bugs. It looks like I can download my previously purchased issues, but I cant view them because the program crashes upon trying to open them up. Very disappointed because the app used to work for me. No customer service available either, this seems to be the only place to register a complaint.
